For large events, we suggest you call as soon as you have determined your guest list. We carry one of the largest inventory of tents on the west coast, however we are unable to predict who will reserve what and when. For smaller events, usually 3-4 weeks will suffice. Early planning ensures product availability. We do ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% to confirm a reservation.
Setting up equipment and moving furniture is not included in the delivery fee. Personnel are available if scheduled in advance. If a floorplan is provided, furniture rentals are placed as per direction upon delivery. Please request the set up service at the time of placing the order for us to properly schedule.
However, we do install dance floors, flooring, heaters, and flooring!
The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of receipt until its return. Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked in one location for easy pickup. Tents must be cleared to ensure our crew can safely and efficiently remove the canopy without any obstructions. Linens and drapery should be packed and placed in the container provided by our team.
To begin, determine how many guests you plan on accommodating at your event. Make sure to consider adding extra space for bars, buffet tables, dance floors or whatever your circumstance may call for.
